Have you felt guilty after eating something you should not have while trying to lose weight? Do not
worry I know full well how it is. I have been there so many times in the past. You see, if you started on
a diet but had to quit a few weeks later due to no satisfactory results it is not your fault. Simply put in
plain words "diets do not work". If you dieted and failed you are just like the 99% of the rest of the
world myself included, it is only normal. If you try to reduce calories from your diet you are actually
