How to Apply for New Learner Driving License

Now, fill here all the details of the applicant.

Select here the class of vehicles, for which LL is required.

Here, confirmation msg. will appear. Click on “OK”

Here, application no. has generated. Note it for further reference.

Following SMS will be sent to applicant:-

“Your application for LL (LMV, MCWG) is accepted for processing and quote this Application Number: 9040115 for all future reference”

Now, the application appears on “Fee payment” workflow.

If Online payment (e-payment) has to be done by the applicant, then click on “Next” button, else if applicant wants to pay fee in RTO office then click on “Cancel” button.
