Jim’s Gym used to never have trouble attracting qualified candidates. In the past, plenty of people walked in to fill out

the paper employment application. As the gym grew into a multi-unit chain, it became harder and harder to attract enough

qualified applicants to meet their growth needs – particularly when it came to strong management talent. Candidates just

didn’t seem to be walking in the way they used to, and this left the leadership team at Jim’s Gym wondering....
