HOW TO BUILD A POOL USING HELICAL PILES

Problem Pools are often installed along the waterfront, and in areas with high levels of organics or unstable soils. The settling over time can cause serious cracking and related problems, requiring both extensive and expensive repairs.

Solution

Use Chance HELICAL PIER Foundation Systems anchors to distribute the load to soils of stable, load bearing capacity. The number of anchors required, their location and capacity, are determined by an engineer during the design stage, and are included on the structural plans.

Method Before excavation, the area is mapped, and piles are installed to capacity using either a portable drive head, or a drive head mounted to a mini-excavator or skidsteer

The palm was replaced, and the deck was resurfaced and

painted.
