How to cancel your Travelport Training Registration

Proceed to the Travelport Learning and Development Portal and log in at

http://support.travelport.com/SGC/LMS/APAC/HK/ for Hong Kong

Input your PCC & country PIN HK6784 & log-on using your Galileo sign-on code.

From the menu bar, select Learn / Training Schedule to bring up a list of courses you are currently registered for.

Place a ‘tick’ in the box next to the course that you wish to cancel, ensuring the ‘Task’ field is set to ‘Cancel registration’, then click ‘Go’.

You will then be taken to the ‘Cancel Registration’ screen, at which point you click on the ‘Cancel Marked’ button to confirm that you wish to cancel the marked course.

You will be taken back to the Training Schedule page which will show any remaining courses that you have registered for, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address as provided in your profile, confirming your cancellation.

Congratulations - you have successfully cancelled your training registration.
