How to close apps on your iPad

First Step

• The first step is to make sure that your iPad is on and that you are on your home screen

Second Step

• The second step is to double-click your home button

Third Step

• In the third step you will see all the apps in a smaller version. It will look like the picture below. You will then swipe up using your finger, until the app disappears.

Last Step

• When all of the apps are gone, your home screen will be the only one that you can choose. Choose this and have a longer battery life.
