Academy

By building a relationship based on trust and professional credibility, our aim for all our clients is to quickly view Stackhouse Poland as a supportive and high quality extension of their management team.

Initially we seek to fully understand your business lifecycle, including future growth plans and potential M&A activity where appropriate. This allows us to provide targeted risk management and policy advice that will ensure your business and it’s assets are not only protected now, but have cover that is ready and able to change as your business does.

Whilst providing our initial and complimentary insurance review, our staff will hold detailed discussions with as many of your senior stakeholders as possible to get a 360° view of your business and its associated risks. A detailed and comprehensive report will follow setting out our recommendations to improve the quality of your cover and risk management. We aim to better manage your risk whilst driving maximum premium value when purchasing your protection.

Our risk and advice strategy is a constantly evolving process and is dependent on each of our clients’ unique requirements. Stackhouse Poland’s approach is to avoid the conventional habitual renewal processes often deployed by other insurance brokers, as this can often leave clients exposed to preventable risks duringthe policy period.

Importantly, as part of your Stackhouse Poland Team, you have a dedicated claims advocate who will take the distraction of claim reporting, negotiation and settlement away from you, enabling you and your team to focus on running your business.

We understand that every client and their needs are very different. We therefore don't approach a one-size-fits-all approach to team structure. A bespoke team will be tailored around your specific needs and will provide you with the expert resource requirements and levels as necessary.

Head of Office

Our service proposition is built around local and specialist services. Your Head of Officeis responsible for delivering both. You can rest assured that your insurance programme will be monitored within one of our specialist facilities and that your programme will be overseen by an Account Executive with whom you can communicate 24/7.

Senior Management

We don’t believe in Ivory Towers and our senior management team, including our Chairman, CEO and Directors are always available to speak with you directly. Our flat-structure dictatesspeed of escalation that other businesses cannot achieve.

Every client is provided with a dedicated Servicing Team that consists of a number of highly qualified and experienced insurance professionals.

We will ensure your service team meet your needs at all times and that we are able to provide advice and support quickly, whenever you need us.

Head of Commercial, Oliver Thorne, will make sure that you are provided with a customer service that constantly exceeds your expectations.

You will have direct access to Oliver and the Board, who will be supported by your local Head of Office, your personal Account Executive and Account Handler (who will be responsible for managing your affairs on a day to day basis). Each of our clients also benefit from a dedicated Claims Manager as well as enjoying direct access to our Head of Claims.
