Laboratory units 100 sq m each or united are designed to meet the conditions of BSL-1, BSL-2 and BSL-3,

Total space for 3 buildings: Approximately 20,000 gross sq m comprised of 3 interlinked buildings,

Phase 1: Park I building, 6 000 sq m - an independent and flexible facility capable of accommodating a wide range of companies to move in and start work,

Phase 2: BioIncubator building, 8 000 sq m - a specialist Bioscience Incubator capable of meeting the requirements of life science start up companies,
