Who can use PALSPALS is for everyone - patients, carers and relatives. The Patient Advice & Liaison Service is here to help when you need advice or information and don't know where to turn.

PALS Services•We provide confidential advice. When you need information about Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services, or if you have concerns about care and treatment, contact us.•We can help sort out any concerns or queries you may have about the care the Trust provides, giving you information and support to guide you through the services available from the NHS.
