Build Anticipation and Participation!

• Ask your host to personally reach out to each guest to invite, and make sure that they select either “Yes” or “Maybe” on “Attending?” so they can see all of the posts. Make sure to coach your host on how to interact during the party to maximize their rewards. During the Virtual Party call your Host or send them a private message telling them how great they are doing and how awesome they would do as a consultant.

• Make sure to introduce yourself and share your "I" story.• Send samples - Everyone likes free! This also gives you a chance to collect their information

(emails and addresses) so you can follow up after. Don’t forget how important a personal touch is! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS check back in with those whom you have sent samples to. Do it during the party so all can hear their reactions to the different products.

• Roll Call - Post a Roll Call an hour before the party starts and ask the guests to LIKE the post if they will be joining the party, and to SHARE how they know the hostess in the comments. This will also give you more insight on who might book a party and who might be interested in starting a business.

• Post a wish list or make a graphic so the guests know what the Host wants to earn from the Virtual Party. Update the status of where they are and what they need in order to get to the next level. This keeps them excited as orders are being placed. Make sure to personally thank the guest for each order received.

• Play games to get them participating. Some examples:o Pick a Date, Get a Prize - Take a picture of 3-5 envelopes with your next available open

dates written on the outside of them. Inside the envelope, put a note of what they’ll receive from you when they select that date. It's very important to post a picture (or even better a video) of opening the envelope to reveal the prize.

o Ask Me a Question - Give points to everyone who asks you a question about JewelScent and your business. For every question asked, the guests can earn a point and the one with the most points in the end WINS! This is another good way to to get more insight on who might be interested in being a host and earning free and half-off items or maybe some one who would be interested in starting a business for themselves. The prize could be your Sponsoring packet - because the BEST GIFT you could give is this opportunity! Also include a sample of your favorite product!

• Have at least 1-3 Ring reveals. Explain that the more interaction you get the more you give away.• Encourage guests to sign the guest book for a prize or free ring when you get to X many signed.• When you do giveaways for samples and they private message the address to you; follow up and

engage them in a chat; you never know!• Make your posts personal. But don't overwhelm them with every product. Highlight one or two

items from each category, plus anything new!• Don’t let the party close without at least 2 bookings!• Follow up, follow up, follow up!

Tips to Keep It Simple and Keep You Sane!

Use the Virtual Party Guides located in your Backoffice. Not sure what to post? We took the hard part and put it into an easy to download guide. All you need to do is copy/paste, and update with your personal information. Use the product pictures with your post when sharing on a specific product so they see what it looks like.

Have a JewelScent folder on your laptop, iPad and phone so you can post wherever you are, when ever you need to. Even better, use Google Drive/Dropbox/other cloud based storage that will automatically update across all your devices! And if you're having multiple Virtual Parties going at the same time, following the same format is still easy peasy.

If you are posting at the same time every day and are not getting any interaction, CHANGE TIMES

Keep the hostess updated on where they are and what they need for the next level. Keep them excited.

Tell your hostess in a private message how great they are at posting in the party and say how awesome they would be as a consultant

CinchShare/TinyTorch/other auto-poster - These are amazing, and a great time saver! Schedule your posts ahead of time, which will allow you to interact more with your guests during the party.

Announce the party is ending a day earlier than the scheduled end date. This will save you the headache of last minute orders that don’t make it in time. Go one step further, and make sure that your party ends during a weekday JUST in case you need to contact Customer Service for any assistance.

NEVER let your party close without two new bookings!!

Schedule alerts in your phone or on your computer calendar to remind you to:

• Host coaching

• Follow up with guests

• Follow up after purchase

• Follow up after sample/prize sent
