1. How to start up FBO network in Russia?
To have an opportunity to sign up new FBOs, address your FLP
home office to make international sponsoring to
Russia. In 24 hours after you get confirmation that the
procedure was carried out, send us your ID and we will add it
to the Russian orders system. Afterwards, you will be able to
make orders and sign up new FBOs in Russia.
2. How to sign up a Novus Customer?
Novus Customers can be signed up online via foreverliving.ru or
by printed contract in every FLP distributor center.

Fill in the contract form, putting the right sponsor ID. And
wait for the system to load the name of the sponsor. Check
it and press Confirm button.After filling in the form the system
will suggest filling in the first minimal order for2000 Rub. (~$50)
online. Fill in the correct quantity of FLP items, enter the
delivery address, pay by means of bank
card or bank transfer. As soon as we receive payment, the system
will automatically send the ID to the newdistributor e-mail. For
details of delivery see below.
The registration of a new distributor is considered complete as
soon as the new distributor sends or passes over to a
FLP Distributors Center the original of the signed Distributor
contract. In case of the online registration, the filled incontract
comes in the email with the ID. The postal address of FLP Russia
head office is 115093, Moscow, Bolshaya
Serpukhovskaya street, 25, bldg. 1. The original contract should
be sent within 30-40 days, otherwise the contract is
suspended.
3. How to make an order?
You can make an order on-line with delivery or buy products at
our FBO Centers which are listed in Contacts section.Minimal order
costs 2000 Rub. (~$50)
To enter Orders section press Distributor entrance (), fill in
the full ID with no signs andblank spaces, find online services on
the right and choose internet shop (). Fill in the correct quantity
ofFLP items, enter the delivery address, pay by means of bank card,
web-money or bank transfer. If you paid the order
online, the order is ready for shipment in 2-3 days. If you pay
by bank transfer, we will need one or two more days to
get confirmation of your payment from the bank before we start
collecting the order. The cost of delivery is also paid
by bank transfer together with the order itself. The bank
details for the transfer and all the needed information will
be provided by the Regional Department or Moscow Product Center.
If your order is more than 2CC and the city of
delivery is not in the list of cities for free delivery, you
will not be able to pay an order online, your order will be
submitted to the Regional Department for calculation. These
orders are paid only by bank transfers.
FBOs are also welcome at FLP Product Centers in many cities of
our country. There they can buy and pick up productson the spot or
buy and order delivery (available only in Moscow and
Saint-Petersburg).
4. What are the terms of delivery?
The orders less 2CC are delivered to all the regions except
Moscow by Russian Post at the expense of the Distributor.
The cost of delivery is regulated by Russian Post and depends on
the weight of the order. If the order is paid online,
delivery will be paid at the Post office on receipt. The orders
of more than 2CC are delivered free to the terminal of
our delivery company to the cities indicated in the List of
citiesin the Internet shop. If the order exceeds 2CC, thenthe cost
of delivery will be calculated individually by the Regional
Department and advised to you by e-mail or by
phone.

3. Order online with delivery. Orders made before 2.00 p.m. will
be delivered next day, orders made after 2.00
p.m. will be delivered in 2 days.
5. How can a client buy products using my ID?
Clients can also buy products with your ID. But to buy products
at a Distributor Center they will have to provide orsend beforehand
a power of attorney to the official e-mail of the relevant
center.
6. How to sign up a Novus Customer in Belarus?
Belorussian FBOs are related to FLP Russia and signed up online
at foreverliving.ru in Join now section. (in Russian) Filling up
the contact, it is needed to choose Belarus asthe country, enter
the correct data, make the ticks that you agree with FLP policy and
pass to the Online shop. There
you choose the products, fill in the contact data and pay for
the order. Then you get the e-mail for the data checking
and the next e-mail with the new distributor ID.
4. How are FLP products delivered to Belarus?
The on-line orders of more than 2CC are delivered free to Minsk
to the terminal of the delivery company. Shipment
from Moscow is every Thursday with delivery to Minsk on Monday.
Smaller orders will be delivered at the expense
of the FBO and by means of the delivery company.
5. Where in Moscow can my potential Customers visit business
seminars? What is the address of Moscow
Product Center? What are its working hours?
Your prospects can visit our office in Moscow at Bolshaya
Serpukhovskaya, 25, bldg. 1 on Mon-Fri 10.00 a.m.- 07.30
p.m. and on Sat 12.00 a.m.06.30 p.m.FLP distributors regularly

7. What are the starter packs?
