HYPOTHESIS
• Companies that face the digital transformation are different and have
different starting points, limitations and goals and these goals
change overtime.
HOW TO COPE WITH IT?
• Dialog tool to extract company information relevant for their digital
transformation (Problem Based Learning methodology) and structure
them in a well-defined framework (maturity model).
OUTCOME
• Identification of the digital maturity level and provision of operational
recommendations for increasing it according to the case.
