While my Hottest Sector Strategy puts you in the hottest trending sectors, with the strongest momentum, there’s another critical element that my algorithm factors in that can maximize your profits even further!

It takes advantage of predictable patterns that occur every year in the market almost without fail.

I briefly talked about it in my report, The Green Zone Gold Mine, but let’s dig into this in more detail here. I’m talking about seasonality… and how it drives my “Right Place, Right Time” Strategy.

Seasonality is ONE of the many factors I use to deliver market-beating returns for my Cycle 9 Alert subscribers. But it can make a huge dierence to your overall returns as well.

This first chart shows the dierence between “Buy-and-Hold” and my “Right-Place Right-Time Strategy.”

What strategy would you rather use?

As the green line on this chart shows, over the last 1 years my Right Place Right Time Strategy could have turned $100,000 into $ while the S&P 500 would have turned that same amount into barely $ ,000 (as shown by the red line). And to achieve those puny returns from the S&P 500, you would have had to endure a gut-wrenching 58% drop.

That’s a whopping $335,000 dierence! It’s like putting an extra $ ,000 a year into your pocket, with less risk! Simply by being in the right place at the right time.

And the following charts will help you do exactly that. First, a word about seasonality…

EACH SECTOR’S SEASONAL SWEET SPOT

I wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve heard of seasonality before. Plenty of stock market analysts throw around the term, even if they don’t all know how to harness its inherent power.

Have you heard the saying, “Sell in May and Go Away”?

That’s one of the most widely recognized sayings in the investment community. And it’s based on the idea of seasonality, which is simply the fact that stocks tend to do better (or worse) during dierent “seasons” of the year.

Over the long run, stocks have averaged a gain of 5.6% between November and April (six months), and only 1.9% between May and October (six months). And volatility tends to be higher between May and October, making it dicult for investors to stay the course.

Now, for anyone who’s keeping score… you can make more money staying invested in the stock market all year long, compared to the “Sell in May and Go Away” strategy (even though you’ll have to sit through higher volatility).

To me, though, the “Sell in May and Go Away” advice is completely useless. For one, I’m not a passive buy-and-hold investor. I use proven systems (like Cycle 9 Alert and 10X Profits) to actively time and trade the markets. What’s more, I don’t simply “buy the market” when my indicators tell me it’s a good time to be bullish. Instead, I hone in on the specific sectors that are poised to outperform the market, and then I put my money to work in those sectors.

Basically, I’ve found a far better way to harness the power of seasonality… a strategy that keeps us in the right place at the right time.

In my Green Zone Gold Mine report, I talk about the market sector ETFs I track for my Cycle 9 Alert subscribers. I’ll list them here again:

Each of these sectors has its own seasonal pattern, revealing when the sector typically outperforms or underperforms the broad market.

Not every sector is a “sell” come May. In fact, there are two sectors that enjoy a seasonal tailwind beginning in May.

And not every sector is a “buy” come November. There are two sectors you should NOT buy toward the end of the calendar year.

Basically, each sector has its own, unique seasonal pattern. By studying these patterns, you can do better at being in the right place at the right time. And in so doing, you can beat the market!

Consider the table below. It shows, for each month of the year, which sector has produced the strongest and weakest returns, on average.

As you can see, there’s a good deal of “moving and shaking” between sectors each month.

month is meaningful, with an average spread of 4.3%.

These seasonal patterns – unique to each of the nine market sectors – work to inform my Cycle 9 Alert algorithm which sectors are poised to outperform the market, making them buys… and which sectors are poised to underperform the market, making them sells.

Now, finally, let’s see what months are good and bad for each of the nine sectors…

Worst Times: Fall and winter.
