How to Reissue Tickets

Step 1: At the top of the page,

click “Login” and enter your

Account Number and Password.

Step 2: Click on “My Account” at

the top of the page, then click

“Reissue” under the “My Tickets”

menu.

Step 3: The tickets that are available for

reissue should populate on the screen.

Click the game(s) you would like to

transfer, then click “Next” at the bottom

of the page.

Step 4: Check the seats to be reissued.

After this, click “Next.”

Step 5: Review that the information is

correct, and if it is, click “Next” and then

“Yes Reissue.”

Step 6: Once the reissue has been

initiated, the following screen should

appear:

Step 7: Within 30 minutes, you should receive an email containing your new copy of the tickets. Please

keep in mind the original tickets would now be voided. This email may be forwarded or used personally.
