HOW TO SEARCH LEADS ON ARIBA

DISCOVERY

There two ways you can find Leads or posts on Ariba Discovery?

You can find them either on you Ariba Discovery Dashboard as a Matched Lead or by search-

ing for Leads in All Leads

Searching for Leads in All Leads

STEP 1

• To search for Leads in Ariba

Discovery, click on the I’m Selling

tab for the drop down menu to

appear

• This menu will allow you to search

Ariba Discovery for Leads and to

manage parts of your Ariba

Discovery profile

• Click on Matched Leads if you

want to navigate to your

dashboard and view your Matched

Leads

• Click on All Leads if you want to

search all leads in Ariba

Discovery

STEP 2

• Matched Leads will appear on

your dashboard based on the

detail you to included in your

company’s profile when you

registered for Ariba Discovery

• To respond to a posting, click on

the title to open it.

• When you click on All Leads you

will be taken to the RFI/RFQ

Matches page

• You can use the Search

functionality to search for potential

leads from us or other potential

buyers.

• Use the Refine Match Criteria on

the left hand side of the screen to

refine your search to:

- the type of event you are

looking for

- The Product/Goods or Services

you offer and more

• The Sort by drop down menu also

allows you to sort your results by:

- Relevance

- Amount

- Date

• To respond to a posting please

click on it to open it
