How to Setup Dropbox on Your “uMobileCam”
The short guide helps you get started quickly by describing how to use Dropbox which makes event
detected images automatically saved, and retrieve them by event type, date.
Note that you first need to sign up for a Dropbox account with an email address. For more details,
refer to http://www.dropbox.com
1. Install “uMobileCam” on your device from an app store.
2. Setup an account as follows:
• Device Name: Enter the name you want to assign to your device
• Device Role: Select Camera mode
• User ID: Enter the user ID of your device as you want (case sensitive, 6~24 char size)
• Key: Enter the Key of your device as you want (case sensitive, 6~24 char size)
• Password: Enter the password of your device as you want (case sensitive, 6~24 char size)
☞ User ID and Key and Password must contain any alpha-numeric characters (lower/upper
alphabet character and 0~9 digits)

3. Select a Cloud Service as “Dropbox”. Sign in to Dropbox using your Dropbox account, and then
allow access.
4. Enable Motion Detection in the settings:
• M/F Type: Motion
• Save Image: ON

5. Save the settings by tapping “Save” in the menu button on the bottom.
6. Press back button to go camera screen. Make the motion detection activated, which makes images
saved to Dropbox.
7. Tap the button looks like cloud in the upper right corner on your screen.
8. You can find the images saved in your Dropbox by camera name, date, type using “Search”

9. Or you can retrieve all images by each camera name.

10. Move to the date you’d like to see detail images or send image files by email easily or save the
local folder on your device.
