Don't be afraidto talk aboutthe coronavirus.
Help your kids feel empoweredby teaching them what they cando to keep safe. Show them howto wash their hands or how tosneeze properly.
Focus on whatthey can do tokeep safe.
Be open and invite them todiscuss what they may haveheard and how they feel.
Let them talkabout theirworries.
When you notice yourself feelinganxious, take time to calm downbefore trying to have aconversation or answering yourchild's questions.
