How to Update Your Address in LoboOnLine

Log in to LoboOnLine with your A number and PIN.

Select the Personal Information tab, then “Update Addresses and Phones.”

Your Permanent Address will be display only. If you need to update this address, you must submit a

Change of Information form.

Select “Local” as the address to insert, then submit.

Enter the address. Note that the valid from date is required, as is the Address Line 1, City, State or

Province, and Zip or Postal Code. Also note that if you are simply updating an existing address, there is

no need to set a new valid from date. When complete, click Submit.

You will be returned to the Update Addresses and Phones page. Note that the newly created address is

present and that the address and phone numbers can be selected for edit.

Let’s say that at the end of the semester, you’ll be leaving Alpine for the summer and staying with

friends in Dallas. Click the “Current” link for Local Address. Enter the valid from date for the summer

address (the date you want Sul Ross to start sending mail to the Dallas address) and the new address.

Please note that there is no need to set an end date for the Alpine address before taking this step. The

system will automatically set an end date for the current address.

Click Submit to return to the Update Addresses and Phones page. Note that there are now two local

addresses: the current address (valid until the day before the future address becomes valid) and the

future address (with no end date).
