How to update your e-NP
1. Open the e-NP application from your desktop.
2. Go to “Tools ”.

3. Click on the “ Get NMs and Permits ”
4. Click “Next”.

5. Choose “ E-Mail ” and click “ Next ”.

6. Choose “ Request ” and click “ Next ”

7. Click on “ Browse ” and choose the folder in which you want to “Save” the request file.
8. After you have successfully saved the file attach it in an email and send it to:[email protected] In subject line write: e-NP. You do not need to write any text.

9. After the file has been sent you will receive your update response file. Then click on the“Browse ” and choose the folder that you have saved the response file. Click “ Load ”. The file willbe loaded and the “ Finish” button will be active. Click it to proceed with the updates.
