How to Upload eValue Profile Photo Professional Photo Requirements
This photograph will be visible to students, faculty, and preceptors. 1. Use a recent photo of yourself (recommended taken in the past 3 years) 2. You are the only subject in the photo (no other people, pets, objects, etc.) 3. Your face should be in-focus, upright, and recognizable 4. Dress in professional or business casual attire
eValue File Requirements
File Name: - eValue accepts letters, numbers, and underscores (no spaces) - The file name should be 45 characters or less
File Type: .bmp, .jpg, gif Recommended picture size: 135px x 160px
Upload Instructions
Make sure your photo file meets the eValue file requirements above.
1. Log into eValue and select the “Home” tab.
2. Under the “My Information” section, click on the “Update this information” link.
3. Click “Choose file” to select your file. Make sure the filename meets the eValue file requirements.
4. Click the “Upload” button.
5. Scroll down and click the “Update” button to save your photo.
Verify Photo in eValue
Look at the top-right corner of eValue to check that you successfully uploaded your photo:
