(Tip: To add an image, click “Add Item” then go to “Insert” on the menu bar and search for the image you need.)

15. Once at least two students have taken the test, click on “View Responses”.

Click to accept the default spreadsheet and then accept permissions and terms on the pop-up windows.

16. Click on “Insert”.

17. Click on “Script”.

Note: “Script” does not show up in the “Insert” menu until you are viewing a test as a spreadsheet.

18. Type “flubaroo” in the search box. Click Search.

19. Click “Install” and accept all terms and permissions on the pop-up windows.

20. Go to “Flubaroo” on the menu bar and choose “Grade Assignment”.

24. Use the tabs at the bottom to access other formats.

25. Click on “Form” then “Show Summary of Responses” to see results displayed on a pie chart .

Taking the Test• If you required students to log in to Google

when you chose “Form Settings” (step 6), you may consider pasting the link on your website for easy access. When students have finished the test, stop accepting responses.

• Forms can be e-mailed.
