How to Use myAccount to Make Online Payments

Learn everything you need to know about using myAccount to pay your auction and A/R balances.

• Go to Manheim.com

• Enter username and password

• Click Login

• Go to My Manheim

• Click myAccount from dropdown menu

Step 1: Go to myAccount


• Click Agree to Disclaimer

Step 1: Go to myAccount


• Click Payments

• Click Register for Online Payment

Step 2: Register for Online Payments


• Select bank account



• Enter routing and account numbers

• Read and accept agreement

• Click Add



• View confirmation message

• You’ll receive confirmation email



• Click Payments

• Click Create a Payment

Step 3: Pay Auction Balance


• Click outstanding balance

Step 3: Pay Auction Balance


• Select charges to pay

• Click Create Online Payment

Step 3: Pay Outstanding Balances


• Click Add to This Payment to select additional charges

• Click Continue

Step 3: Pay Outstanding Balances


• Select bank account

• Click Submit Payment

Step 4: Confirm Payment


• Click Submit



• View confirmation message



• Go to Payments

• Click Open Payments

Step 5: View Submitted Payments


• Go to Payments

• Click Closed Payments
