How To Use Transdirect
When it comes to accessing relevant data, we believe there
should be no messing around. Your information should be
fast and easy to access, which is why we store all your relevant
shipping history and statistics in one simple location. After
logging into Transdirect’s Members Area, select “My Stats”
from the top menu.
In the “My Stats” area, you will see the total amount you have
saved with referrals, your costs to date, your bookings to date,
and average booking cost based on the history of your account.
In this part of the Member’s Area, you can also view your
monthly booking costs and monthly booking volume over the
last twelve months via graphs. This data will help you keep track
of trends in your account and the busiest times of the year.

How To Use Transdirect
Dreaming about time-savers and streamlined courier bookings
with Transdirect? Say hello to the Quick Book function, available in
Transdirect’s Members Area. You can make a booking in seconds.
First its time to setup your saved addresses and items.
Saving addresses will transfer through to the Quick Book, so
no data needs to be re-entered - ever! To add an address, go
"Settings" then "Address Book", select whether the address
is“Pick Up”, “Delivery” or “Both”. In this example, we have selected
“Delivery Address”.
You will also need to select the address type, i.e. “Commercial”
or “Residential”. In this example, we’ve selected “Residential”.

How To Use Transdirect
You will need to add a short reference for admin use, as well. In
this example, we’ve used “DOE” as the reference. Once this has
been completed, click “Save Address”.
4
5
You can also select the address country (for example, Australia).
You will need a contact name and company name, if required (in
this example, we are creating a residential address, so a company
name is not needed). Add an email address (e.g. [email protected]),
a phone number, a street number and address (e.g. 12 Test Street)
and fi nally, a suburb (e.g. Mona Vale).
Before jumping into Quick Book, check out the “Saved Items”
section under “Settings”. You can save frequent inventory
items here - for example, we saved a “Package” under “Saved
Items” which is 500g. Click “Edit” to make changes to the item.
6
In the “Edit” section, you will have the item reference,
description and all the necessary data including quantity,
length, width, height, and weight of the item. Check these are
correct as the information will fl ow through to the Quick Book
section. Click “Update Inventory” when done.

Next, you will be prompted to add delivery details. In the search
bar, start typing the surname of the receiver. From our example,
we’re going to start typing “DOE” for John Doe. Select the
receiver’s information and all of their delivery information will
be preloaded. Click “Continue” once this is complete.
You will also need to select a courier. In this example, we’re going
to select TNT Overnight Express. It’s as simple as clicking the orange
“Book” button.

9
Saving this data will make bookings much more streamlined with
Quick Book. To make a booking, navigate to “Quick Book” from the
main menu. Your sender information should be preloaded from
the “Account Preferences” and “Settings” sections. If this needs
immediate revision, click “Edit” to change or add an address. Your
pickup details should also be preloaded. If not, again, click “Edit”.
Next, you will need to select the “Package Type”. This is where
saving inventory items in “Settings” will help save time. Using
the search bar on the left, select the saved item. In this example,
we’ve selected “Package” which we saved earlier. You can see the
dimensions, size and weight have been preloaded. Double check
the details and then click “Continue”.

You will need to leave a short description of the order. In this
example, we’ve described it as “Clothing”. Next, select the collection
date and time for the courier.
You will be redirected to a new page and be notifi ed that the order
has been placed. You can print labels from this page. The label is

Next you need to verify there are no dangerous goods and also
agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please note that you can
avoid these steps for all bookings by setting your Preferences
