Introverts –naturally focused.
I brain > higher level of activity and thinking than the E brain due to long, slow pathway of neurotransmitter called acetylcholine; E = shorter > less activity and seeks to compensate.
Extroverts –well rested & happy.
E brain > lower level of activity and thinking than the I brain due to show, fast pathway of neurotransmitter called acetylcholine
