COMMITTED TO YOUR BUSINESSThe Hitachi Preventative Maintenance Program (HPMP) is designed to help you cut costs while making the most of your equipment, through a comprehensive preventative maintenance service.

The HCA service team is firmly focused on achieving the highest level of reliability on your work site. Our service technicians regularly participate in industry accredited training to ensure they are well informed and skilled in the latest techniques. Equipped with the latest diagnostic tooling, our people are genuine experts when it comes to Hitachi, Bell and John Deere construction machinery.

Our professionally trained service technicians put our customers first, making ourselves available to offer detailed advice and machine support when you need us most. We quickly diagnose problems and promptly complete all repairs and servicing to factory standards to ensure reduced downtime and increased productivity.

All services will be performed in a twelve hour period Monday to Saturday

Fixed price for term of the agreement

Advanced service planning call by HCA

Preferential booking of HCA labour

Discounted rates for all retail repairs over and above the scheduled PM Services

Free Powertrain Warranty extension to 4 years / 8000 hours

No reasonable (200km) travel charge for warrantable repairs within the Powertrain Warranty period

All manufacturer’s warranty conditions met by HCA

Probe oil analysis and condition monitoring of major components

Free customer access to machine data through the Hitachi Satellite E-Service Owners Site

Free disposal of waste oil and consumables

Full maintenance records maintained by HCA
