Thermo-Vac Vacuum Dehydrators

Vacuum dehydration oil purifi er to remove free, emulsifi ed and dis-solved water from industrial oils and fl uids. Systems feature stain-less steel vacuum chambers and condensate tanks. Components are piped together using stainless steel hydraulic tubing for leak-free service.

We offer both horizontal and vertical vacuum chamber designs. The GEN II horizontal vacuum chamber utilizes level switches to cycle the inlet and outlet pumps for effi cient, user friendly, level control. Our PLC controlled system operates all functions of the machine with one push button start up and shut down.

Filter vessels are robust carbon steel construction with swing bolt closures coreless design. Filter elements are coreless design with internal 50 PSID bypass valves utilizing multi-layered micro-glass (ßx[c]=1000) fi lter media to achieve any desired ISO cleanliness code.

Our Compact and Super Mini series are economical and small foot print intended for small reservoirs and lighter duty applications. Per-fect for applications where small batch, budget friendly, oil purifi er is required.

The Mobile Oil Purifi er (MOPS) and stationary insulating oil purifi ca-tion systems are available in high vacuum and low vacuum. These systems dehydrate, degas, fi lter, correct TAN and restore dielectric strength. Numerous options are available to suite many oil purifi ca-tion applications.

These systems are ideal for transferring and fi ltering oils and fuels. Sys-tems feature pump/motor, fi lter vessel, hose reels and control panel. Pipes and valves can be confi gured to reverse fl ow so the operator can transfer to and from tanks without disconnecting the hose.

We manufacture several styles of fi lter carts. Our heavy duty industrial series features a robust carbon steel fi lter housing with swing bolt closure and a high dirt holding coreless micro-glass fi lter element with internal 50 PSID bypass valve. Our light duty series is built on a hand truck with spin on fi lters. Both feature and on/off switch, DP gauge, hoses and power cord.

Kidney Loop Filter Systems

Kidney Loop Filter Systems are intended for permanent installation on oil reservoirs for the continuous removal of particulate contamination. Op-tions include depth fi ltration, water absorptive media and heat. These systems are commonly used on governor oil sumps at hydro-electric dams.

Fuel Conditioning Systems remove water and particulate for diesel fuel and other light hydrocarbons. Typical systems include a fi lter/separator for coalescing water our of the fuel and a fi lter for particulate removal. A water probe in the coalescing vessel alerts the operator to drain water from the vessel.

Oil Storage & Dispensing SystemsOur DTU Oil Storage and Dispensing Systems are ideal for the storage and the precise metered dispensing of lubricants, automatic transmis-sion fl uids, antifreeze and coolants, or any other commonly used fl uids in industrial applications. These systems feature all stainless steel construc-tion and built in Absolute fi ltration.

This small stationary fi lter is ideal for tight spaces or fi ltering out of drums. It features a gear pump, dual spin on fi lter assembly, differential pressure gauge and convenient steel frame that can be carried.
