Employing the Military
Through military training your reservist employee can gain qualifications which are of significant benefit to you. From courses accredited up to masters level, through to leadership skills, Chartered Management Institute and City and Guilds, the opportunity is there. For you the Employer, it costs nothing.
Here is an example of qualifications that can be achieved through the Army Reserve:
Chartered Management Institute certification.
City and Guilds certificate in Effectiveness at Work, levels 1-3. Available to Reservists from initial training onwards.
CMI Level 7 certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management. Available to Late Entry officers who successfully complete the Late Entry Officers course.
CMI Level 7 certificate in Management and Leadership/ILM Award Level 6 in Management. Available to officers completing the Reserve Officer Staff Course.
CMI Level 7 certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership. Available to officers who successfully complete the Advanced Command and Staff Course for Reservists.
Plus a range of qualifications relevant to their army specialism.
We know we cant achieve this alone.
We need your continued support to help us to grow so we can take our place in
defending the nation.
