with subject same as above;b. 55/07 LOI PAMANA (PNP Human Rights Development Program)c. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030; andd. Command Memorandum Circular No. 19-2015.

2. To help ensure that police personnel do not commit human rights violation especially that the next state of the nation address of H.E. PRESIDENT BENIGNO S. AQUINO III is upcoming, were demonstrators/protesters are expected, please ensure the maximum dissemination and observance of the attached human rights advisories as follows:

a. HR Advisory for PNP Personnel Conducting Checkpoint;b. Human Right Advisory for Officers Implementing Warrant of Arrest;c. Human Right Advisory for PNP Personnel Conducting Civil

Disturbance Management; andd. Advisory for Police Officers Conducting Custodial Investigation.

3. Submit after Activity Report with pictures, showing that this message is being disseminated to all your respective personnel.
