Recruitment is the first stage in the process. Recruitment makes it possible to

them to apply for jobs.

Induction is a technique by which a new employee is rehabilitated into his
surrounding and introduced to practices, policies and purpose of the
organization. Induction helps in settling smoothly of the new employee in the
job. It intimates them about the mission, aims and objectives of the
organization. It gives a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
