Hello Families, First and foremost, we miss YOU! We are excited to share some activities to keep your child engaged and keep us in contact. This week’s activities are centered around bugs and insects, which fits into our normal curriculum quite nicely. We have enclosed enough activities to keep your child as busy as they would like to be. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about anything or need more clarification. Tuesday/Martes Flyswatter paintings: put a large piece of paper on the ground outside or attach a piece of paper to a fence. This will be messy so please keep that in mind. :) Have your child dip a flyswatter into paint and swat the paper. This will create a fun design on the paper once it is dry. Pinturas de Flyswatter: coloque un pedazo grande de papel en el suelo afuera o pegue un pedazo de papel a una cerca. Wednesday/Miercoles Swat the Sound: Draw bug shapes with chalk outside on a driveway or sidewalk. Add a letter to each bug. Have your child swat the bug with a flyswatter and tell the name of the letter or the sound it makes. Swat the Sound: dibuja formas de insectos con tiza afuera en una entrada o acera. Agregue una letra a cada insecto. Haga que su hijo golpee el insecto con un matamoscas y diga el nombre de la letra o el sonido que hace.
