    HRIS is systematic way of storing data andinformation for each employee to aid planning,decision making, and submitting of reports and

    returns to the external agencies.

    PRIMARY FUNCTION : Documenting theemployment relation in all its complexity.

    BASIC TECHNOLOGY: Storing, retrieving anddistributing information.
