Employee Relations Offi cer – DarwinLevel 6 ($70,200 – $74,475 plus allowances and superannuation)The primary objective of this position is to provide advice and support to managers and employees on a diverse range of employee relations matters to enhance the capacity and delivery of East Arnhem Shire Council business outcomes. This position will have a particular focus on workforce development including mentoring and succession planning.

Aged and Disability Coordinator - AnguruguLevel 4 to Level 5 ($57,079 to $64,243 depending on experience plus allowances, superannuation and housing at minimal rent)The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the Aged Care Program. This role involves the coordination of the Home and Community Care (HACC) program and Community Aged Care Package (CACP) as necessary. It is expected that the Coordinator have an understanding of community issues and of aged persons needs in an indigenous community.

Reporting directly to the Group Business HSEQ & Compliance Manager, your primary objective will be to manage and monitor all aspects of HSE for all divisions and work sites of Ostojic Group. Working as an experienced HSE Offi cer your focus will be providing HSE support to all employees on the ground.

This will involve delivery of HSE training packages, inductions, incident/accident investigations and all associated reporting, regular site inspections plus attendance at meetings. This role will be challenging and require a range of skills including; financial analysis, production of financial reports, asset management, strategic planning, policy development, risk management and internal auditing. In addition, this role will manage a strong and qualified finance team.
