It is found that RNC only assigned E-DPDCH SF2x2. It is the cause
of failure to achieve 5.76M5Check the license and confirm HSUPA
5.76, EDCH 2ms TTI is configurated. Besies, CE is sufficient.6Check
the RNCs CORRMALGOSWITCH parameters, HSUPA 2ms TTI switch is
activated.7However, there is an additional requirement for
HSUPA5.76 is SRB over E-DCH activated. Check the RNCs
FRCCHLTYPEPARA parameter. It is found SRB is still on DCH. Change
to SRB over HSPA and the problem solved. RNC can use
SF2x2andSF4x2.
