Tom is President of the Industrial Services Group at Zachry. Tom graduated from the U.S.Military Academy, West Point in 1970 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. He also hasreceived a Masters in Business Financial Management from George Washington University,Washington, D.C. During his career, Tom has accumulated numerous years of engineering andmanagement experience, first with Conoco Oil Company and later as Executive Vice Presidentof Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company. He has been with Zachry thirteen years andresides in San Antonio, Texas.
