Emil Gisler AG and GIPO AG –innovative king of the mountains

1973 – Emil Gisler ventured to become independent and began to build a new mechanical machine shop.

1981 – Foundation of Emil Gisler AG, Engineering and Hydraulics.

1989 – Foundation of GIPO AG as the Emil Gisler AG sales company.

1974 – Foundation of a basic company. As early as Autumn 1973 it was possible to move into the new factory, office and living accommodation.

1979 – Construction of first factory.

1982 – Construction of the world‘s first mobile tracked vehicle stone crusher.

2003 – Construction of the GIPOKOMBI RC 170 FDR as the world‘s largest tracked combined plant.

We undertake swiftly and economically the manufacture of hy-draulic leads and the pressing of fittings on hydraulic hoses.

As manufactures of plant, equipment and machines which move and process extremely heavy loads, we realise the important significance of hydraulics as an energy source. In our hydraulics department we manufacture components or complete hydraulic systems to customer‘s specific requirements and wishes as either single units or in series production. Highly motivated engineering specialists develop innovative ideas and design new equipment. We find solutions to local technical problems and offer a comprehensive service based on hydraulic solutions which operate trouble free in the environmental temperature range of -50° to +50° C. Steel sheet, machine components and plant are individually finished in our own in-house paint shop using a 2 component wet painting process. Rubber coating of conveyer belt rollers is essential in the areas of conveyer technology and plant construction. We supply coatings of the correct rubber thickness and of the required quality.

Our most important maxim is to put into service our plant at the required time and required location to the particular requirements of our customers. In order to achieve this goal we enter into contractual partnerships with competent transport companies and put at disposal designated specialists for installation, maintenance, training and service.

All our equipment is designed to be extremely serviceable and easy to maintain. It has performance in reserve, short set-up times and is easy to transport. Despite this it is vital that it is regularly maintained, serviced and when necessary repaired or examined.

The tracked GIPOKOMBI is a highly efficient and the world‘s largest combi-system consisting of impact crusher and integrated 2 -deck screen on a single chassis. The compact construction and the application of the reliable GIPO impact crusher offers the greatest possible flexibility and guarantees a qualitative high quality end product.

With versatile auxiliary equipment, such as a side output conveyer, permanent magnet, enhanced radio remote control, conveyor weighing unit, water spray etc. every GIPOKOMBI is expandable to a tailor made plant unit.

The over size return conveyor is on a sta-ble rotating console and 180° hydraulically slewable and is also available as a waste conveyor.

The vibrating delivery chute permits increased stationary conveyor belt periods by diverting and decelerating the crushed material and prevents annoying material blo-ckages under the crusher. 17

Every sun rise in the mountains leaves an enduring and unforgettable impression – so does our GIPO plant. The track vehicle GIPO-REC impact crusher units are all-purpose and convince with their high technical quality, high efficiency, proven technology and simple operation. A reliable full hydraulic drive concept forms the heart of the equipment. Using step less control of the rotor speed can have a direct influence of the crushed product.

GIPO-GIGA complements GIPO-REC with 1-decker screen unit. In this way the crushed end product can be selectively screened and a qualified final size obtained. Large flexibility with cost savings in investment, transport and operation are further advantages of the GIPO-GIGA.

Every rock has its own quite unique rough edges and demands a strong device. GIPOBAC are compact , tracked vehicles or stationary crusher units, which are not only deployed in recycling building materials but also in quarrying applications. The single toggle jaw crusher is capable of handling hard rock and with simple hydraulic gap adjustment permits an exact setting to give the required grading.

The powerful GIPOSCREEN plant with 2 and 2½ decker screening machines guarantee a high throughput and clean material separation. By means of combined operation with crusher units, separate feed unit or slewable waste conveyers it is able to meet special requirements. Our plant is even more convincing due to optimum accessibility and simple maintenance.

GIPOSTATION, a rugged individual impact crusher unit with GIPO processing unit gets to grips with every stone and also successfully meets the challenging demands required for the reduction of gabbro and granite.

The development of the Magotteaux vertical impact crusher, the GIPO MAG-Impact has set new standards in the sector chippings and crushed stone fines production. The completely mobile preparation plant combines a GIPO-Kombi track vehicle with a feed unit, pre-screen, screening unit and recirculation system with a vertical impact crusher MAGimpact®. With the Kombi system one requires only a single system for the production of a classic end.

Separation, as if by magic, is possible – with an integrated GIPO-Air sifter. With a comprehension of the natural elements wind and magnetism, the separation and sorting of stein from other material is very simple. After feeding building and mixed debris into the crusher feed funnel the process of sorting our foreign material begins directly after the crushing process. During the process a permanent magnet removes unwanted ferrous material and light weight materials such as wood, plastic and insulation material are separated from the stone by the air separator fan.
