1Drop reason Radio interface in stable state & in Handover state2TRX 3 have interference band 3 (-90 to -87 dBm) & unbalance UL/DL , UL weaker the DL, suspect interference.
TRX 0 UL quality is bad since spread on quality 2 to 7, suspect interference or TRX faulty.
3TA overshoot to 8 (4 Km), since neighbors distance < 4 Km.
Suggestion:
1downtilt ET to reduce overshoot & interference.
