OUR STORY
Hub Australia is a coworking community for growing businesses in Australia. Hub provides premium workspaces, business networks and member services.
Hub Australia first opened in 2011 and has continued to grow. Hub hosts a national network of over 2500 members and businesses in four states, providing connections and opportunities. Hub Australia’s clubhouses are divided between suites, office spaces, dedicated desk areas and flexible workspaces.
This allows a variety of businesses and entrepreneurs to work together in the same beautiful environment. Our member base is diverse and includes consultants, startups, SME, corporate teams and government departments.

THE BUILDING
THE AREA
Located in the bustling Circular Quay area of Sydney, Customs House is a Sydney landmark alongside the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Customs House is moments from the Circular Quay train station, harbour ferries and Eastern suburbs bus lines. Walking distance to the Sydney Opera House, Gateway dining and shopping and the new Quay Quarter.
Hub will occupy level three and four of Customs House, sharing the iconic building with the Customs House library (level 1 and2), restaurants and bars (ground floor) and Café Sydney on the rooftop. Natural light, inviting dark timber and an amazing interior glass atrium maximise Hub Customs House’s location on Sydney harbour. Designed by Australian architects Billard Leece Partnership, the workspaces will compliment the heritage of Customs House.
Sydney’s iconic Customs House was home to the Australian Customs Service for 145 years, and is now a heritage-listed museum space, visitor attraction and performance space located in Circular Quay at 31 Alfred Street.

Hub Customs House has five impressive suites, perfect for larger teams who need
separate meeting areas. Suites are secure with 24/7 access for members and are fully furnished with
high quality desks and ergonomic chairs. In addition, suites receive a mailing address, logo signage, printing and
meeting space credits.

DEDICATED DESKS FLEXIBLE WORKSPACES

options available. Desks also receive meeting space and printing credits.
Hub offers flexible memberships with 24/7 access or 8 day-per-month
access. Members can work from any flexible desk area or communal spaces
with access to meeting spaces and printing credits.
