Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja (Studi Korelasional tentang Hubungan Antara
Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja di PT. Pertiwi Agung)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara
kepuasan kerja dan motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan di PT. Pertiwi
Agung. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang
menggunakan empat rumus yaitu Uji Normalitas, Uji Linieritas, Analisa
Korelasi, dan Uji Kategorisasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.00 for
windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi
kerja terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan karena pada analisa korelasi
kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar
0.531** dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. maka hasil hipotesis tersebut
mempunyai hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja di PT. Pertiwi
Agung. Saran dari peneliti, untuk peneliti selanjutnya jika ingin membuat
penelitian mengenai motivasi kerja disarankan untuk meneliti hubungan dengan
faktor lain seperti; kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja, atau control diri. Pada
karyawan PT. Pertiwi Agung untuk tetap mempertahankan motivasi kerja
antara lain; aktualisasi diri, sosial, penghargaan, keselamatan dan keamanan
sehingga dalam bertugas dapat bersikap lebih humanis.

Satisfaction and Motivation Work(Correlational Study on the Relationship Between
Job Satisfaction and Motivation at Work PT . Pertiwi Agung.
This study aims to determine is there a relationship between job satisfaction
and motivation Job significant effect on the PT . Pertiwi Agung. Data were analyzed
using quantitative methods using four formulas that Normality Test, Test Linearity,
Correlation Analysis, and Test Categorization with 22:00 SPSS for windows .The
results showed that job satisfaction and motivation there is a very significant because
of the correlation analysis of job satisfaction and work motivation known correlation
coefficient of 0531 ** and a significance value of 0.000 .the results of the hypothesis
have a relationship between job satisfaction and motivation in PT. Pertiwi Agung
Advice from researchers, for further research if it is to make a research on work
motivation is advisable to examine the relationship with other factors such as; the
performance of employees, work discipline or self-control. The employees of PT .
Pertiwi Agung to maintain the motivation to work, among others; self-actualization,
social, awards, safety and security so that the charge can be more humane
