1. 瓶身材質分類

a.塑膠PP材質：耐化學性優，透明度較低(半透明)，不易碎。

b.塑膠PET材質：耐化學性良，透明度高，不易碎。

2. 真空瓶是一種非常適合黏稠性質之液態產品的包裝容器。

3. 真空瓶容器需要注意充填飽和度，如果內容物的黏稠度過高，在充填過

程中容易產生氣泡。因此當黏稠度過高時，須考量並調整內容物的配方

以降低其黏稠度。若配方無法做任何調整，則必須將產生的氣泡排除。

4. 真空瓶的充填工作，務必要確實充填至肩部位置，並將壓頭鎖緊，使得

真空作用可以正常運作。

5. 如果內容物成份含有醛類、醇類、香氛類、熊果素、海水抽取物等等成

份，建議用一段時間來測試內料與包裝容器的相容性。

5. 真空瓶可依設計需要，做二次加工處理，如U V霧面處理、塗裝顏色處

理、電鍍金屬顏色、印刷或燙金等。建議用適當的時間測試，經二次加

工的瓶器與充填物接觸後，是否仍可維持原來的附著度。

7. 真空瓶底部的透氣孔請勿封住，以維持真空瓶的功用。

1. Classification of Material on Bottle:

a. Polypropylene: good chemical resistance, with transparency (nature color) and greater freedom from environmental stress cracking.

b. PETE: good chemical resistance, high transparency (clear color) and greater freedom from environmental stress cracking.

2. Airless Bottle is a perfect packaging for skin care products such as gel, lotion, serum, cream and cleanser etc. Vacuum system storage can avoid contents being oxidized, and keep ingredients in fine condition.

3. Please notice the viscosity of stuffing. It is easy to occur bubble while filling too thick viscosity materials. It is necessary to adjust formula when the viscosity is too thick. If the formula can not be adjusted, please try to decrease the bubble.

4. Please firmly fill up the stuffing to the shoulder of the bottle, (Be sure fill bottle full, and do not over the position of neck bottom.) and screw the dispenser tight.

5. Some materials such as aldehyde, alcohol, marine water extract, etc are not quite suitable to use airless bottle as a container. It is crucial to test the compatibility of filling materials with the container and its variation decorated treatments.

6. Design depends on customer's requirement: custom coloring and finishes like UV varnishing & lacquering, metalizing, silk printing & hot stamping etc. We make your idea come true. Due to filling materials may cause adhesion problem by chemical reaction when filling materials have been touched with the lacquering. We strongly suggest testing the adhesion of lacquered surfaces with filling materials.
