HUMAN IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT In the next few weeks, we will be studying the impact of humans on the natural environment. Florida has a fragile ecosystem, and we are responsible for understanding and taking care of this ecosystem. The quality of air and water impact our health as well as our future. The condition of the beaches as well as the pollution of our main river, the St. John River as well as its tributaries, impact our quality of life too. The rapid expansion of Jacksonville as the fastest growing city in Florida will impact our future too. As the population and traffic increase daily, our health and lives are impacted too. HUMAN IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT

In the next few weeks, we will be studying the impact of humans on the natural environment.

To better understand these complex issues, we will each be researching a topic in depth. Your project will be presented to the class.

Create a Document in Word and Make and Outline of your topic. Use the References tab to put in the information on the articles you read. Read 2 more sources.

Use your outline to write a 2-3 page of text including citations. The font must be Times New Roman size 12. This will be at least 650 words. You may not copy any material directly from its source. Diagrams or photos do not change the length of the paper required.
