Analisis pekerjaan adalah proses untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pekerjaan dengan menentukan tanggung jawab, tugas, atau aktivitas dari pekerjaan tersebut. Analisis pekerjaan merupakan landasan dari Manajemen SDM karena informasi yang diperoleh dalam analisis pekerjaan dapat digunakan di banyak fungsi SDM. Bila organisasi tidak memahami kualitas dan karakteristik dari suatu pekerjaan yang akan dilaksanakan, maka kita tidak dapat memilih calon karyawan yang tepat untuk pekerjaan tersebut, mengases nilai mereka di pasar, mengembangkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang tepat, dan melakukan berbagai fungsi SDM bagi karyawan dengan memuaskan.
Kesemuanya itu dimulai dengan analisis pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan benar. Selain itu, di dalam pelatihan Comprehensive Job Analysis ini juga dibahas topik mengenai Analisis Beban Kerja (Work Load Analysis) untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meng-hitung kebutuhan SDM di perusahaan/organisasi, setelah hasil dari analisis pekerjaan diperoleh.

Setelah selesai mengikuti program ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:• Menjelaskan pentingnya melakukan Analisis Pekerjaan yang benar • Melakukan langkah-langkah dalam proses Analisis Pekerjaan • Menulis Uraian Pekerjaan, Spesifikasi Pekerjaan dan Man Specification • Menjelaskan bagaimana melakukan Analisis Beban Kerja (Work Load Analysis) untuk: - Dapat menghitung volume pekerjaan atau beban kerja untuk menentukan jumlah SDM yang dibutuhkan perusahaan/organisasi - Dapat mengetahui jumlah SDM yang harus dialokasikan untuk membuat perencanaan jangka panjang (strategi) di bidang SDM dalam hal: rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan, jalur karir, dan promosi - Dapat memahami implikasi dari hasil analisis beban kerja, selain pengurangan/penambahan jumlah SDM, juga dapat berupa rekomendasi penyempurnaan job description, prosedur kerja (system operating procedure), restrukturisasi organisasi, dan pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi SDM
Manfaat Apa yang Anda Peroleh
Job analysis is the process of obtaining information about jobs by determining the duties, tasks, or activities of those jobs. It is the cornerstone of Human Resource (HR) Management because the information it collects serve so many HR functions. If organization do not understand the nature of the job to be done, we cannot select appropriate candidates for that job, assess their worth in the market, develop appropriate training and development programs, or adequately carry out of the multitudinous HR functions.
It all must begin with a proper job analysis. Also, in Comprehensive Job Analysis program, topic of Workload Analysis is being discussed, to recognize how to calculate needs of manpower in the company/organizationto, after result from work analysis has been acquired.

Having attended this program, the participants are expected to be able to:• Explain the importance of doing a proper Job Analysis • Conduct a step-by-step process of Job Analysis• Write down Job Description, Job Specification and Man Specification• Explain how to conduct workload analysis in order to be able to: - Calculate work volume or workload of their company to determine the quantity of human resouces required with their specification - Use estimation of human resources requirement to develop human resources long term (strategic) planning: recruitment, selection, placement, career path, and promotion - Understand that the implication of work load analysis will assist a company not only in reducing/accumulating total number of human resources, but also in providing recommendation on revision of job description, system operating procedure, organization restructure, and training to improve human resource competencies
