Responsible for the development, coordination and imple-mentation of HR policies in order to effectively and effi ciently support the human resources in accordance with the overall organizational strategy. Implement the change strategy.
Tasks• Implementation and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentations• Acting as a Business Partner• Implementation of evolution and/or adaptation of the organization: change management and HR policies• Cooperation with social partners to work on various labour relation issues• Management on some aspects of the recruitment process : interviews & selection, wage negociation.• Participation and conduction of appraisal interviews• Involvement in and management of disciplinary actions• Preparation of regular reports for the headquarter and evaluation of KPI’s• Provide expert advice and assistance to managers and employees on all HR related issues• Supervision of the Payroll & HR Offi cer.
Skills• Master degree in an HR related fi eld (Human Resources, Labour Sciences or Psychology, …)• Minimum of 15 years work experience in a similar position• Deep understanding and knowledge of social law, talent management & HR project management• Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English• Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, fl exible, results-oriented, upright and receptive• Discreet, proactive, leadership and strong management skills• Team orientation, collaborative working style
