Tasks Implementation and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentations Acting as a Business Partner Implementation of evolution and/or adaptation of the organization: change management and HR policies Cooperation with social partners to work on various labour relation issues Management on some aspects of the recruitment process : interviews & selection, wage negociation. Participation and conduction of appraisal interviews Involvement in and management of disciplinary actions Preparation of regular reports for the headquarter and evaluation of KPI’s Provide expert advice and assistance to managers and employees on all HR related issues Supervision of the Payroll & HR Officer.
