A consummate professional and leader in the training and development of superiors, peers, and subordinates alike. Personally trained and cross trained my Soldiers to be able to successfully accomplish any and all missions that came to us.I always ensured that the Soldiers were able to do another person's job at anytime. As superiors came and went I had to teach the new Officer all aspects ofwhat we do on a daily basis. This meant to brief them and show them by examplehow to accomplish all personnel aspects in order for them to completely understand what they were in charge of.
