The proposal of this project was analyzing the compensation strategies of telenor company.

the compensation strategies of this organization are very delicat

and confidential. We tried all the possible major as well as minor sources to get

the access to their strategies. We are not told the core strategies which create the edge

in the market, but a general overview has given. So this project finding may not be

100% accurate but we hope best for the significance of these findings.
