Click HP11X.exe and press Enter

① Connect : Connection button to login with IP that showed on ONT IP Address (192.168.1.254)

② Disconnect : Disconnect with HUMAX③ Get Password : See current password (Activation

number) that was set to HUMAX④ Set Password : Set new password

This button can use after enter a correct activation number in 8 already

⑤ Retrieve Optical RX/TX power : Click on this button to measure the optical power that will show in 9

⑥ Exit : Exit an application⑦ ONT IP address : IP address of HUMAX⑧ ONT password : Enter Activation number ⑨ Rx Power / Tx Power

- After start a program, the window will be displayed. Click Connect

- Program will display a message

“Succeeded to connect the device” if a connection is successfully

- Program will send message “Succeeded to retrieve Rx/Tx”

- Record Rx/Tx

- Click ”Get Password” an old password of ONT will display in ONT Password

- Change ONT Password by enter Activation number of customer

- Press ”Set Password” then the background of a message “Succeeded to connect the device” will change to green

- If activation number is wrong, Check an activation number then do a step 3 again

- Launch browser, it will redirect to registration page automatically

- If the page is not showed, go to network.ais.co.th/?cond=registration&accesstype=VDSL

- Enter last 4-digits of activation number then press Submit - Enter Keyword of company then press Submit

- If HP11X.exe was closed when the installation finished, it will cannot connect to HUMAX when start HP11X.exe again

- A program will show message “Couldn’t connect to the device”
