Case Manager assists with short and long-term goal setting via the COTA Corporate Plan”. Peer Support Group Meeting on-site every Thursday, 6 pm - 8 pm. Worried that your criminal record will hold you back? Do you want to change your life but feel unsure where to start? Be a part of a lifelong family of supporters. They have the resources to change your life. Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council Medical Insurance Representative for the Certified Blind, Certified Disabled and Aged on-site Monthly, every 2nd Thursday, 10 am - 2 pm. PSE&G Long Island Consumer Advocate on-site every Thursday, 12 pm - 5 pm. Appointments available, walk-ins welcome. Provides guidance and assistance in applying for various social services programs for customers experiencing financial problems as well as other programs. Suffolk County Department of Labor on-site every Tuesday & Thursday, 10 am - 3 pm. Appointments available, walk- ins welcome. Services Include: resume help, career counseling, employment search and employment application assistance. English as a Second Language & Western BOCES Literacy Zone on-site Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm. Appointments available for Literacy Zone Counselor, walk- ins welcome. Access to EDP (external diploma program reduced cost), career counseling services, referrals to full Western BOCES programs, referrals to partner services. on-site every Thursday, 1st & last Thursday 9 am - 6 pm, 2nd & 3rd Thursday 9 am - 5 pm. Appointments available, walk-ins welcome. Apply for SNAP, Recertification and Medicaid. Discuss questions about your DSS Case. on-site Monthly, every 4th Thursday, 9:30 am to 1 pm. Appointments available, walk-ins welcome. Specialist mission is to assist low and moderate income families with: Credit Report Review, Debt Management, Budgeting, First time Homebuyer, Rental Housing Listings and Student Loan Counseling

Long Island Consumer Advocate

on-site every month, 3rd Thursday of month 10 am - 2 pm. Appointments available, walk-ins welcome. Provides guidance and assistance in applying for various social services programs for customers experiencing financial problems as well as other programs.

Town of Huntington Senior Services Coordinator

on-site every month, 2nd Thursday of month 10 am - 2 pm. Appointments available, walk-ins welcome. Provides a wide variety of programs, events, activities, trips, community clubs, resource referrals and support services. Includes: Adult Day Care, Caregiver Support, Residential Repair, Home Delivered Meals, Telephone Reassurance and In-Home Service (EISEP). *You must be a TOH resident and at least 60 years of age .
