    A. 

    Introduction: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) Vijaipur owns & operates two nos. Ammonia plants of 1520 MTPD each reassessed capacity & four streams of Urea plant each having

    reassessed capacity of 1310 MTPD at NFL, Vijaipur, Distt Guna in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

     NFL, Vijaipur is already implementing Energy Saving & Capacity Enhancement projects so as to

    enhance capacity of existing AmmoniaI & II plants from 1520 MTPD to 1750 MTPD & 1864MTPD respectively & that of UreaI & II plants to 2 X 1515 MTPD & 2 X 1615.5 MTPDrespectively.

     Now, NFL intends to install a high velocity water spray system & associated equipment to

    Extinguish the transformer fire of 7 MVA (2Nos) & 4MVA (2Nos) to compliance the IS & CEA

    requirements.

    1.  Description 

    SERVICE CONDITIONS

    Max. ambient Temp.: 50 degree Celsius

    Design Temperature: 65°C maximum

    Fire water hydrant available pressure: 6 to 7 kg/cm2

    Fire water hydrant Design pressure: 12 kg/cm2

    Hydro test Pressure: 18.0 Kg/cm² (g)

    Relative Humidity: 100 % Max.

    Alt. Above sea: < 1000 MAtmospheric Pollution: Dust: Urea

    Vapour: Ammonia

    2.  SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:

    2.1. The water spray system belongs to the category of fixed fire fighting installations. The purpose

    of providing water spray system is to guarantee sufficient exposure protection to equipment

    containing hazardous substances, flammable liquids by means of cooling their surfaces using

    devices like water spray nozzles, to reduce heat input from adjacent fire and limit the spread of

    flames.

    High velocity water spray system is provided to extinguish fires involving combustible liquids

    that constitute the hazard with flash point of 65 deg C or higher. As per IS 3034, Transformers

    handling cooling oil capacity of 2000 litres & above shall be protected by this system.

    In the present plant, there are four transformers having cooling oil capacity of 2000 litres or

    above. Hence these two transformers are protected with high velocity water spray system.

    2.2. Procurement of raw material, manufacturing, inspection, testing, painting, insulation, supply,

    erection (including civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation), precommissioning,commissioning & GTR of complete unit of high velocity water spray system of 7 MVA & 4

    MVA transformer & associated equipment at AmmoniaI & FFT Substation of NFL Vijaipur,Guna (Distt), Madhya Pradesh, India for high velocity water spray system as per the technicalspecifications provided in Annexure –  I . 7 MVA & 4 MVA transformer GA drawing along-with

    PID and MTO & Technical data are provided at Annexure –  I.

    3. 

    Vendor’s General Scope of Supply:

    3.1. Procurement of raw material, manufacturing, inspection, testing, painting, supply, erection

    (including civil & structural, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation), precommissioning,commissioning & GTR of complete unit of high velocity water spray system of 7 MVA & 4 MVA

    transformer & associated equipment at AmmoniaI & FFT Substation of NFL Vijaipur, Guna(Distt), Madhya Pradesh, India for high velocity water spray system as per the technical

    specifications provided at Annexure –  I. 7 MVA & 4 MVA transformer GA drawing & Technical

    data are provided at Annexure - I.

    The dimensions of the 7 MVA and 4MVA transformer.

    Bidder shall note that the provisions for protection, control, monitoring etc shall be clearlyindicated with bid.

    3.2. Vendors may send their technical representative to site, for carrying out preliminary study

    and technical discussions with the plant authorities before submission of bid.

    4.  Mechanical requirements

    4.1.  ValvesIsolation valves shall be installed at inlet and outlet to enable easy maintenance of theall deluge system of High velocity water spray. The isolation valves of water shall be flanged

    type, gate valves of reputed make as per relevant IS.

    4.2.  MOC of pipes, pipe fittings and valvesThe MOC for fire water line shall be as per Annexure –  I.

    4.3.  PaintingAll metallic parts of the high velocity water spray system unit shall be painted with 2coats of high built chlorinated rubber based red oxide zinc phosphate primer followed by 2

    coats of high built CR dark red for water line & sky blue for Instrument air line, finished paint.

    Total DFT should be 140 microns. The interior CS surfaces which are in contact with cold air

    shall be applied with two coats of epoxy paint (Neogose #200).

    4.4.  List of parties for procurement of piping material shall be submitted to NFL for

    approval.

    5.  Electrical requirements: 

    E r e c t i o n a n d c o m m i s s i o n i n g a n d T e s t i n g o f

    scope.

    5.1.  Power supply:

    To feed the power & control supply to the motor shall be fed from Existing Amm-1

    Substation & FFT Substation respectively if required.- Party shall clearly spell out about the requirement of power supply in their bid.

    - Supply of power & Control cable shall be under the scope of NFL, all termination at both

    ends, laying of cables and cable glanding along-with supply of these items shall also be under

    the scope of NFL.

    6. 

    Instrumentation requirements: 

    Erection and commissioning and Testing of the entire instrumentation system shall be in

    V e n d o r ’ s s c o p e .

    1.  Available control power supply for the panel & its instrumentation shall be 110 V AC UPS.

    Party shall confirm the same in the technical bid.

    2. 

    All Cables for instrumentation purpose shall be under the scope of NFL, all termination at

     both ends, Laying of cables and cable glanding along-with supply of these items shall also be

    under the scope of NFL.

    B.  SCOPE

    The scope covers supply of High velocity water spray system [Water spray 10 liter per minute

    per m2 (lpm/m2) over Transformer external surface as per IS-3034]  - total 4 numbers and its

    associated equipment including all accessories to extinguish the transformer fire and complete

    technical requirements of manufacture, testing before dispatch as per Annuxure-1, delivery in well

     p a c k e d c o n d i t i o n f o r f o l l o w i n g r a t i n g o f

    specification.

    This equipment is intended to be installed in the Ammonia-I Plant and Fire Fighting sub-station of

     National Fertilizer Limited at Vijaipur, M.P., India.

    1. 

    The High velocity water spray system and associated equipment shall generally consist of thefollowing :

    a) One Deludge valve between two transformer suitable to use for

    i)  Two 7MVA and

    ii)  Two 4MVA transformers.

    b) Quartzoid bulb (79 degree Celsius operating temperature) as per relevant IS as per annuxure-1. 

    c) Solenoid valves as per Annuxure-1. 

    d) 

    Pressure transmitters as per Annuxure-1 

    e) Control panel & interlocked system shall be such that, if one Quartzoid bulb got

    activate/damage it will generate LOW pressure alarm and whenever more than one Quartzoid

     bulb shall be activate /damage or melted system shall generate LOW-LOW alarm and also

    give trip command to the respective transformer. LOW-LOW alarm signal shall operate the

    deluge valve.

    f)  Water spray nozzle to be provided surrounding transformer as per annuxure-1.

    g) 

    Size and MOC of different size pipes and its accessory as per annuxure-1.

    h) 

    Pipe and valve to connect deluge valve from fire hydrant and instrument air line shall be as

     per annuxure-1

    i) 

    Control cables to get control power supply and send command to transformer to trip and tocontrol room for alarm.

     j)  Any other equipment not specified, but required for safe & proper operation of the system.

    k) The design & operation features of equipment shall also comply with provision of the latest

    issue of the Indian Electricity Rules & other relevant statutory acts & regulation (CEA

    gadget dated 24th September 2010). The supplier shall, wherever, necessary, make suitable

    modification in the equipment to comply with the above.

    l)  Wherever, any requirement laid down in this specification differs, from that in Indian

    standard specification, the requirement specified herein shall prevail. Equipment complyingwith equivalent IEC standards shall also be acceptable.

    ANNEXURE –  ITECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

    1.  Alarm system: The following instrumentation for each deluge valve shall be provided in order to

    obtain audio/visual alarm signals in the F&G mimic located inside the main control room and also

    to make possible the remote activation of the system through hand switch from the shutdown

    console in main control room.

    PS & PAL : Alarm of LOW pressure in pneumatic detection system.

    PS & PALL: Alarm of LOW-LOW pressure in Pneumatic detection system and deluge valve

    opens.

    PS & PAH : Activation and alarm of deluge system in operation.

    HS : Hand switch to activate the deluge system manually from shutdown console

    located in control room.

    First alarm LOW  pressure should appear when one Quartzoid bulb got activated/damaged/

    melted. Second alarm LOW-LOW pressure should appear whenever more than one Quartzoid

     bulb got activated/damaged/melted & give signal to operate the deluge valve to quench the fire

    & simultaneously give trip command to trip the respective transformer.

    2.  Interlock System: Whenever more than one Quartzoid bulb got activated/damaged/melted then

    it will generate LOW-LOW pressure alarm signal to operate the deluge valve & same time give

    trip command to trip the respective transformer feeder. This alarm indication shall also be hook

    up in respective plant DCS/PLC/ESD to give the status of transformer [Hook up of the alarm to

    the control room & up to the respective transformer panel under the scope of NFL.

    3.  Solenoid valve: Explosion proof, Body and trim material shall be 316 SS. solenoid valve is

    required as per annuxure-1.

    4. 

    Detectors: Detectors shall consist of Quartzoid bulbs (79 degree Celsius operating temperature)as per relevant IS. Detectors shall be within 300 mm from the transformers. 

    5.  WATER ALARM GONG: A water alarm gong shall be provided and shall be activated 

     by the flow of the water in case of fire. The gong shall continuously sound when a deluge

    system is in operation. Water alarm gong shall be UL/FM/TAC approved or equivalent.

    6.  UTILITIES  CONDITIONS:  The electrical supply for instrument connections and solenoid

    valves shall be 110 V (A.C. UPS). Solenoid valves shall be closed and de-energized in normal

    operating condition of the plant. In emergency condition the solenoid valve shall be energized

    and consequently opened. In accordance to NFPA 15, electrical circuits of the deluge systems

    shall be completely supervised in a manner that will result in positive notifications of anabnormal condition.

    Instrument air is available at the battery limit at the following conditions: 

    - Minimum/normal Operating pressure 7.0 Kg/cm2(g)

    - Design pressure 10.0 Kg/cm2(g)

    - Operating temperature Ambient (50°C maximum)

    7.  Deluge Valve:Automatic water spray Deluge system shall be hydraulically designed according to the

    applicable requirements of NFPA-13, NFPA -15 and TAC requirements taking into account

    the following criteria using Hazen Williams formula.

    Deluge systems shall be hydraulically balanced.

    Deluge system shall be pneumatically operated as per annuxure-1 & shall be capable to

    generate required pressure & flow as per IS to quench the fire. Valve will be sized for

    minimum pressure drop and at the design maximum flow rate. Deluge valve to be located

    minimum 15 meter from the transformer. Deluge valve shall be located under a shed.

     Necessary sloping towards deluge valve end shall be provided.

    Material of construction of Deluge valves shall be of Cast Steel.

    i)  Specification for Gate Valve 50NB & above shall be:

      Carbon Steel Double Flanged , rising spindle type, for 50NB & above

      Design standard: API-600

      Pressure Rating: 150#

      End Connections: As per ASME-B16.5

    Hydrant Valves End flanges and companion Flange: As per ASME-B16.5 150# rating. Delugevalves shall be UL/FM/TAC approved or equivalent. The system shall be so designed that the

     pressure at the hydraulically most remote nozzles in the network is not less than 3.5 kg/cm2g.

    The maximum pressure in any nozzle within the network shall not exceed 5 kg/cm2g. The

    velocity in the feed pipes shall not exceed 10 m/s. The spray system for transformers shall

    confirm to the requirement of TAC.

    Rate of application for the water spray system shall be 10.2 LPM/M2 on the body of

    transformers.

    Transformers shall be protected using ring of nozzles at the top of transformer. A separate ring

    shall be provided for the oil tank of the transformer. The nozzles shall be located between 500mm to 800 mm from the transformer.

    The sprinkler heads shall be located as close to the body of transformers as possible (but not

    more than 300 mm) at all places subject to electrical clearance for transformers. There shall be

    a ring of detectors around the top of the transformer and a second ring around the oil tank.

    Material for deluge water spray system piping shall be Galvanized Carbon steel, ERW as per

    IS 1239, heavy. Fittings shall be welded, Galvanized as per IS 1239, part II.

    Fittings material shall be Carbon Steel ASTM-A105 up to less than 50 NB and Carbon Steel

    ASTM-A234WPB for 50 NB & above.

    Flanges material shall be Carbon Steel ASTM-A105 up to 150 NB and Carbon Steel IS-2062

    for 200 NB & above.

    Flanges thickness & drilling shall be as per ASME-B16.5.

    Flanges type shall be SORF (Slip on Raised Face) & Flange rating shall be 150#.

    All instrument items such as pressure switches shall be as per standard project instrument

     philosophy. Other instruments such as pressure gauges which are part of UL configuration of

    t h e d e l u g e v a l v e s h a l l b e s u p p l i e d a s p eelectrical hazardous classification.

    Spray system piping shall have supports and hangers in accordance with the requirements of

     NFPA 13.

    Piping supports shall be adequately supported in order to maintain the integrity under fire

    conditions, and braced so as to reduce movement due to nozzle reaction under water surges.

    Above ground water spray system piping shall be painted fire red as per IS 5 and as per project

     painting specification.

    Water spray systems shall be protected to prevent pipe breakage for earthquakes in accordance

    with the requirements of NFPA 13 section 6-4 and FM "Loss prevention data 2-8".

    All water spray system pipes and fittings shall be installed so that the system can be drained toa safe location and drain valves, where provided, shall be accessible.

    Sealing material shall be asbestos, ceramic fibres and quartz free.

    Deluge valve shall be pneumatically actuated and fitted with all the necessary accessories and

    instruments for proper operation (i.e. solenoid valve, pressure switches, pressure gauges,

     pressure regulator, orifice plates and water alarm gong etc.).

    Isolation valve shall be provided upstream and downstream of the deluge valve so as to be

    readily accessible during the emergency.

    Deluge valve shall be located under a weather protection shed at a minimum distance of 15mtr

    from the hazard it protects in an unclassified area.

    The response time for deluge system to activate in the event of bursting of sprinkler heads shall

     be 40 seconds as per TAC.

    8.  System Activation :

    Automatic Operated Deluge Water Spray System:

    Deluge water spray system shall be automatically activated by pilot operated sprinkler heads

    (Quartzoid bulb detectors) and manually activated by a hand switch (hard) located on shutdownconsole in Main Control room (MCR). Deluge valve shall be manually activated locally from

    deluge valve assembly located in the field.

    Water spray deluge system shall be activated by a pneumatic (instrument air) detection system

    with pilot operated sprinkler heads consisting of a piping network. The sprinkler heads are

    rated for a minimum bursting temperature of 79°C. The sprinkler heads will break when the

    temperature reaches 79°C or more in case of increase in temperature due to fire and hence the

    reduction of pressure in detection piping will lead to automatic opening of deluge valve.

    The pilot head operated sprinkler heads shall be located so as to promptly respond to a fire

    without delay.

    9.  Piping:Piping material shall be Carbon steel IS1239 Heavy Seamless p to 150 NB and Carbon Steel

    API-5L-GR.B, ERW Sch20 for 200 NB & above.

    Instrument air line shall be SS-304.

    Low point drain shall be provided.

    T h e 1 ” I n s t r u m e n t a i r d e t e c t i o n l i n e s h a le line at an inter distance of 200

    mm.

    Painting shall be done as per IS, final colour shall be Fire Red as per shade no. 536 of IS: 5.

    10. 

    Spray Nozzles & Sprinkler Heads:

    Water spray nozzles shall be permanently marked with their characteristics according to their

    listing.

    Material of construction of water spray nozzles shall be stainless steel and sprinkler heads shall

     be Brass with chrome finish.

    Spray nozzles shall be UL/FM/TAC approved or equivalent.

    Sprinkler heads shall be UL/FM/TAC approved or equivalent.

    Thermo-sensitive glass bulb sprinkler heads shall be used for the detection system. Sprinkler

    heads shall be set at a minimum bursting temperature of 79° C.

    Selection of spray nozzles and sprinkler heads quantities shall ensure the required water density

    over the protected equipment.

    The vertical distance between nozzles shall not exceed 3 m where rundown is contemplated for

    vertical or inclined surfaces. The horizontal distance between spray nozzles shall be such that

    spray patterns meet or overlap at the protected surface.

    Spacing between two adjacent nozzles shall not exceed 1 m.

     Nozzle spacing shall be as per TAC guidelines of water spray system for above-mentioned

    areas.

    Spray nozzles on the rings shall be located at not less than 500 mm and not more than 800 mm

    from the equipment surface.

    Orientation of spray nozzles shall be suitably adjusted so as to cover entire surface of the object

    / equipment to be sprayed to maintain 10 litre per minute per sq. meter.

    11.  STRAINER:O n e “ Y ”- type strainer shall be provided upstream of the Deluge valve. Size of the strainer

    s h a l l b e 6 ” .

     

    Material of construction : Body: carbon steel, Basket/ filter element: Stainless steel.

    The strainer shall be complete with back washing lines. Size of the mess shall be such that it

    can filter all foreign particles of size 6 mm or more.

    Note:

    1)  To get fire water from existing hydrant approximately 100 meter of length is required for

     both transformer however vendor shall visit the site before bidding to get the exact

    distance of fire hydrant and to decide how much length of the pipe shall be above the

    ground and underground.

    2)  About 100 meters SS-304 pipe for 7MVA and approximately same length of SS-304 pipe

    for 4MVA Transformer required to get 7kg/cm2 instrument air from Instrument air

    Header however vendor shall visit the site before bidding to get the exact distance of

    Instrument air header.

    Vendor shall submit all documents / drawing to NFL for approval.

    this scope. The vendor shall not be absolved from his responsibility of providing the same if the

    requirement comes up at the later stage.

    14. 

    TESTING & INSPECTION

    Testing and inspection of High velocity water spray system shall be carried out as per relevant Indian

    standards.

    All the supplied items shall be subjected to routine test and their component as per relevant IS.

    Additional tests, whenever specified, shall be carried out.

    All the above test shall be carried out in presen c e o f o w n e r ’ s r e p r e s e n t a t

     

    These inspections shall however, not absolve the vendor from its responsibility for making good anydefect which shall be noticed subsequently.

    15.  SPARE

    15.1 Spares for operation and maintenance:

    Item wise unit prices of spare parts shall be quoted a l o n g w i t h t h e e q u i p m

    recommendation.

    15.2 Commissioning Spares:

    As required, shall be supplied with the main equipment without any price implication to owner. Item

    wise list of recommended commissioning spares shall be furnished for approval.

    Any other spare parts not specified, but required, shall also be quoted along with the offer.

    All spare parts shall be identical to the parts used in the equipments.

    16.  Erection and Commissioning:

    16.1. Erection and commissioning job including supervision and labour for the High velocity water

    s p r a y s y s t e m i s i n V e n d o r ’ s s c o p e w h i c h i 

    16.1.a. Transportation of equipment to site.

    16.1.b. Unloading of the equipment. Vendor shall arrange all required manpower and tools and

    tackles for this job.

    16.1.c. Taking the equipment on the foundation and its erection including labour as required for it.

    16.1.d. Vendor shall start erection job after receipt of the High velocity water spray system unit at

    site.

    16.1.e. Completeness of all the erection and pre commissioning activities will be considered as

    mechanical completion. The mechanical completion will be certified by NFL.

    16.1.f. Vendor shall take up and complete the commissioning as per schedule approved by NFL.

    Vendor shall also provide supervision services for commissioning as well as GUARANTEE

    TEST.

    16.1.g. All the consumables and spares required for commi s s i o n i n g a r e i n V e n

     

    16.2.  NFL’s Scope

    a.  Crane required for unloading and erection jobs shall be arranged by NFL on hire charges to

     pay basis. There are 120 T, 75 T, 35 T, 18 T & 08 T cranes available with NFL The crane

    accessibility for the existing location shall be discussed during technical discussion andVendor shall confirm that the job can be done with existing cranes available with NFL, after

    considering weights of all components.

     b.   Necessary tiein points from existing NFL plant for Instrument Air, Fire water make up water piping for the High velocity water spray system unit shall be confirmed by NFL. Tiein pointswill be discussed & finalized at site in presence of vendor representative. Vendor has to lay

    the utilities lines from tie in points up to & within High velocity water spray system battery

    limit.

    c.  Single source incoming power cable shall be arranged by NFL up to the electrical panel

    installed by the vendor.

    d.  For erection & construction jobs, power & water connection will be provided by NFL at any

    one point within High velocity water spray system battery limit. Construction water & power

    shall be metered but will not be charged. Vendor shall indicate tentative max requirement of

    construction power & water at any given point of time.

    e.  Instrument air header tapping shall be taken from the nearest instrument air header at

    respective transformer location.

    f.  All valves, pipings, fittings etc for the High velocity water spray system unit shall be in the

    scope of Bidder.

    17.  Guarantee

    17.1 

    The supplier shall guarantee the equipment and their components against faulty Design and

    manufacturing with regard to mechanical / electrical / instrumentation adequacies like reliable

     performance and workmanship.

    17.2  The supplier shall give guarantee for sustained trouble free operation of High velocity water

    spray system unit for 7 MVA & 4 MVA Transformers for conditions specified in the NIT i.e.

    50 deg C & 100% RH max. 

    17.3  Above guarantees shall be for trouble free operation for period of 12 months from date of

    successful commissioning or 24 months from date of mechanical completion, whichever is

    earlier.

    17.4  During GTR, vendor shall demonstrate that the utility consumption, i.e. power and fire water

    make up, shall be as specified in the specifications submitted by the vendor during the

    technical bid.

    17.5  The power consumption is the sum total of power drawn by High velocity water spray system

    installed water pumps.

    17.6  In case of any deviation in any of the above performance, vendor shall carry out all the

    necessary modifications to meet the performance criteria, at his own risk and cost, within

    reasonable time. Even after modification, if the performance does not meet the above criteria,

    then equipment will not be accepted. In such case Vendor shall be given mutually agreed timeframe to make any rectifications required to meet the required performance, at his own risk and

    cost.

    17.7 

    The performance of the equipment shall be checked under different ambient conditions

    including summer, with in the Guarantee period, i.e. within 12 months from date of

    commissioning, and if performance criterion is not met subject to the design conditions i.e. 50

    deg C & 100% RH max.

    17.8 

    Mu t u a l l y a g r e e d d a m a g e s d u e t o d e l a y s i nce & in case of failure to

    meet performance guarantees shall be leviable as per Tender Terms and Conditions.

    17.9  Availability of Existing Utilities:

    The following utilities shall be made available by NFL at the Tiein points of the High velocitywater spray system unit.

    Vendor shall submit following data along with technical bid (For both 7 MVA & 4 MVA

    Transformer (for guarantee purpose as well as for bid evaluation purpose) .

    1)  Fire water circuit :Fire water spray on the transformer in litre/minute/ sq. meter & pressure and flow at in/out of

    deluge valve.

    2)  Electrical Circuit :Power supply details.

    Absorbent pump motor rating KW if required.Instrument Control Supply.

    3)  Physical Data (Indicative):Length X Width X Height of High velocity water spray system

    4)  Drawings:

    Confirmation of list of equipments as per annuxure-1 in High velocity water sprays system.

    5)  List of spares required for 2 years operation. Refer: Annexure  –  AI (Un-priced format):

    Prices to be given separately in price bid.

    6)  List of Vendors/ Sub vendors Item wise list of Vendors/ sub vendors for Mechanical itemsi.e valves. Item wise list of Vendors for Electrical motors, and for Instrumentation items like

    solenoid valves, all field instruments, which will be approved by NFL during Technical

    evaluation.

    7)  L i s t a n d S p e c i f i c a t i o n o f a l l m e c h a n i c a l

    scope of supply.

    8)  Structural and civil foundation drawings for structural and civil work for review and approval

     by NFL civil department during technical discussions.

    9)  Following documents shall be supplied by the vendor: (6 copies of each along with soft copy

    12. GUARANTEE TEST RUN

    1.  The Vendor shall carry out GUARANTEE TEST of the SYSTEM by providing supervision

    services of competent personnel.

    2. 

    Vendor shall prepare detailed procedures for conducting guarantee test requirements beforehand in consultation with NFL so as to correctly evaluate the agreed guarantees.

    3. 

    After High velocity water spray system has operated satisfactorily (At specified conditions),

     NFL and VENDOR shall decide the date of commencement of GUARANTEE TEST RUN.

    4.  GUARANTEE TEST RUN shall be conducted under normal operating conditions without the

    help of any installed stand by equipment and/or machinery. Sufficient and necessarymeasurements shall be taken to ascertain the test results

    5. 

    GUARANTEE TEST RUN shall be carried out by sustained operation of High velocity waterspray system for 2 (Two) consecutive operation accordi n g t o V E N D O R ’ s i

    recommendation.

    6. 

    Successful completion of Guarantee Test shall not relieve VENDOR from obligation and

    responsibility in any manner with regard to modification/ rectification/replacement to meet

    material and workmanship guarantee.

    7.  If VENDOR fails to prove the guaranteed performance figures then liabilities and liquidated
