1. In the following circuit, given Vth0 = 0.7V, Vsb = 0, λ=0.1 1V and K’=120uA/ 2V , if Vo = 1.2V,what is DC bias of Vin to make two MOSFETs work in saturation region? In this DC quiescentpoint, find Av, Rin and Rout.
2. In the following circuit, given R=10K, Kn’=120uA/ 2V , Kp’=40uA/ 2V , Vthn=0.8V,Vthp= - 0.9V and λn=λp=0, find Vo1 and Vo2’s values. Is start-up circuit needed to make circuitwork? If so, explain why.
3. If R=3Kohm, Vth0 = 0.7V, Vsb = 0, λ=0 and K’=120uA/ 2V , do M1, M3 and M5 work insaturation region? If not, what is R’s minium value to let 3 devices in saturation region? At thisvalue of R, what are Vo(min), Io and Rout? Is that excellent current match (λ≠0) in twolegs?Explain it.
