TensionPro two stage hydraulic hand pumps come equipped with a pressure gauge as standard.

The gauge provides the user with precise pressure control. The gauge is directly mounted onto the pump and protected by the specially designed pump lever. The two stage function makes the pump quick and easier to operate, allowing the connected tensioner or equipment to quickly and safely reach its working pressure.

The pumps are robust and well suited for harsh environments and rough handling as found in workshops and other mobile and industrial environments.

NEW Process ImprovementSecondary FMF Fine Mesh Filter improves reliability of equipment by cleaning hose and tensioner equipment through the fi lter unit before tensioning operation. The fi lter

The Sonar ultrasonic time-of-flight (TOF) measurement device; measures, displays, stores and transfers bolt load and elongation data in a new, single purpose unit. The unit uses a rugged, sealed colour touch screen for easy operator use. The measurement system is a hybrid technique, using the best of both analogue and digital signal processing techniques for fast signal acquisition and precise single shot TOF measurement.

All data is logically presented on a 4.3” colour, resistive touch screen, usable with gloves. Data and digital signal traces are stored for later display and transfer. The unit has automatic temperature compensation through an included magnetic temperature probe.
