HYDROGEN FUEL as an alternative low cost energy source of conventional petroleum basedfuels like petrol, diesel and kerosene corresponds its use as a fuel in different internalcombustion engines and I.C.E. powered transportations vehicles

it is almost a complete substitute of fuel with better weight-to-power ratio, when used asautomotive fuel. It reduces fuel cost of vehicle and reduces the pollution load And vehicleemission to improve air quality increasing pollution free environment.

The primary source of hydrogen is water. Hydrogen can be prepared by various methods. Inchemical plants, through solar electricity also fro natural sea water, cocktail of microbes, organic waste, and distillery waste to produce biological hydrogen, water resources bysplitting water through electrolysis.

Hydrogen as a fuel corresponds to the fact that it is clean, on burning it reverts back to water, the basic material from which it is produced. It’s a potential hazard to agriculture andcivilization.

Other utilizations and application of hydrogen is as a fuel for house hold cooking gas, industrial purpose and space heating. Adoption of this technology is necessary as asecondary energy source to achieve low cost fueling and pollution free environment.

We have developed Hydrogen Energy Technology on Hydride Safe Storage System. – usingHydrogen as a fuel. The company prides itself in developing the Hydrogen Energy Fuel (theFuel for 21st century) a most economic substitute of fossil fuel. This technology is Eco-Friendly without any pollution.

The vast and readily available energy from the sun isn't news. The technology has beendeveloped to use the heat from sun to produce hydrogen as an energy source. It’s a fantasticenergy loop. The heat from focused solar energy can be used the power engines thatproduce electricity with no pollution. That electricity, in turn, can be used to separate thehydrogen from water. The hydrogen can then be used as a fuel.

Yet, even though we have this practical, hands-on knowledge, even though we have provedtechnology we continue to take baby steps to prevent the deadline when our oil and naturalgas and sooner or later coal reserves will be exhausted, once these fuels are gone, burnedup in the short space of a few hundred years, they are gone forever.

Our Hydrogen Fuelled car is in use today, Prototype cars is using Hydrogen/Hydride storagesystem developed by us and our devices will be entered in commercial markets in Europe2010.

HYDROGEN IS GAINING WORLDWIDE ATTENTION AND RECOGNITION AS ONE OFTHE LEADING ALTERNATIVE FUELS THAT CAN REDUCE THE COUNTRY'SDEPENDENCE ON IMPORTED FUELS, REDUCE GREENHOUSE GASES AND GROWTHE ECONOMY.

HYDROGEN PRODUCTION VIA SEA WATER ELECTROLYSIS

With the eventual exhaustion of conventional fuel resources and the aggravation ofenvironmental damage caused by the use of fuel combustion procedures, the use ofhydrogen as an energy source and the development of Hydrogen Energetic is increasinglythe major focus of many research laboratories working in the energy sector.

Hydrogen can replace any kind of fuel in any production area, and many experts believe thatthe use of hydrogen as a source of energy should make it possible to meet the energyrequirements of future generations. Hydrogen is an ecologically pure fuel with the greatestheat of combustion. A standard specific enthalpy of hydrogen combustion is equal to120.9.106 J/kg, and the heating value of hydrogen is several times higher than that of anyother comparable type of fuel.

INNOVATIVE ASPECTS

SELF-PRODUCING HYDROGEN CAR

The invention that we have come up with i.e. the Hydro-Car is a car that produces andconsumes hydrogen on its own. This car is the first of its kind in the world. While using this carit is not necessary to buy hydrogen because it produces Hydrogen on its own, this means thatfuel consumption is very low. The generating tank is in communication with an air-cooled heatexchanger, which may take the same form as a conventional motorcar radiator.

PHOTOVOLTAIC HYDROGEN – GENERATION,STORAGE AND REFUELING STATION

DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTION OF PV HYDROGEN FUELLING STATION.

Jimpex hydrogen system (JBT) is pleased to provide this proposal for small-scale prototyperenewable hydrogen generation storage and refueling system.

Page 16: Hydrogen Energy Technology 2010

OVERVIEW:-

The proposed system is sized to provide hydrogen fuelling capability for a small fleet of up 3vehicles and will utilize a photovoltaic array to convert sunlight to electricity whenever thisrenewable resource is available. Supplemented by HHO generator power, this electricity willbe used to power an electrolyzer to generate hydrogen from water. Hydrogen will be stored ina proprietary low-pressure solid-state metal hydride storage system coupled with a dispenserunit specifically designed for refueling vehicles equipped with onboard metal hydride storagesystems. Metal hydride storage technology is proposed due to its inherent safety andvolumetric storage density advantages compared to other hydrogen storage options.

METAL HYDRIDE STORAGE TECHNOLOGY:-

The basis for metal hydride storage technology is a reversible chemical reaction betweenhydrogen and certain metal alloys. The term “Metal Hydrides” refers to a broad class ofmaterials that undergo the following reaction with hydrogen.

M Solid + x/2 H2 Gas MHx Solid + Heat

Where M is the hydridable metal alloy and MHx is the metal hydride. Since the forwardreaction is exothermic and the reverse reaction is endothermic, an increase in temperaturewill drive the reaction towards disproportionate of the hydride phase (discharging) whiledecreasing temperature promotes formation of the metal hydride. Similarly, an increase inhydrogen overpressure favors formation of the hydride phase (charging) while a decrease inoverpressure favors release of hydrogen. In forming a metal hydride, hydrogen is absorbed into and chemically bonded to the metal. This phenomenon leads to several distinct benefits and safety advantages for this hydrogenstorage technology.

· Metal hydrides display very high volumetric storage densities, typically 100 to 120grams of hydrogen per liter, compared to 71 grams/liter for liquid hydrogen ofgrams/liter for hydrogen gas at 5000 psi pressure.

· These high storage densities are achieved at relatively low pressures, typicallyranging from a few psig to several hundred psig at ambient temperatures, compared to 2000-2500 psig for standard hydrogen cylinders and 5000 to 10,000psig as proposed for onboard vehicle compressed tanks. (To store similar quantitiesof compressed hydrogen in the same volume as a metal hydride, pressures inexcess of 15,000 psig would be required.)

· While liquid hydrogen storage may also involve only a few psig pressure, it must bemaintained at temperatures below its boiling point of -253 C(423F).

· Since overpressure is determined by the composition of the metal alloy, storage, systems can be tailored to fit the temperature and pressure requirements of aparticular application.

· Since neither compression nor cryogenic cooling required, metal hydrides offer themost energy efficient means of storing hydrogen.

Page 17: Hydrogen Energy Technology 2010

In addition to storage benefits, the nature of the metal hydride reaction also leads toenhanced safety in the event containment damage. Because of the temperature –pressure relationship, only a small potion of the stored hydrogen would be releasedspontaneously in a container breech. As hydrogen is released, alloy temperaturedecreases, correspondingly lowering pressure and showing the release ofhydrogen.

SYSTEM DESIGN:-

JBT proposed to utilize system components produced both internally and fromstrategic partner to supply and install a prototype hydrogen generation, storage, and refueling system as illustrated in Exhibit 1.While vehicles are not included as part of this proposal, they represent an essentialelement of a successful system demonstration. JBT has developed a state of theart onboard storage vessel which combines the compactness of metal hydrides, anefficient heat exchanger and a light weight fiber wrapped vessel. The storagesystem has a volumetric energy density of 60g H2 per liter and gravimetric storagedensity of 1.6wt%. the vessel can be refueled in 10n minutes using an overpressureof 1500 psig, which reduces to a settled pressure less than 300 psig potentialvehicles that can utilize this solid state hydrogen storage technology can be eitherfuel cell or hydrogen ICE powered and may come in a range of sizes to fit theparticular needs of the installation site. The proposed system is designed in accordance with applicable EU codes andstandards and is intended to utilize renewable energy to produce hydrogen forvehicle refueling up to 5 kg (56,000 std liters) per day. The proposed systemconsists of four main components.

1. PHOTOVOLTAIC ARRAY:-

A 50 Kw uni-solar PV system is proposed to offset power draw from the utilitygrid. Uni-solar triple junction, thin film technology has produced a line ofphotovoltaic products that are light weight and durable, with the capability tooperate well in conditions of less than perfect sunlight. The 50Kw system will beconfigured as a grid-tied, three phase power system sufficient to provide up to50% of the power requirement of the hydrogen generation system. The groundmounted system will occupy a footprint of approximately 5750 square feet.

2. ELECTROLYZER:-

A proton energy systems HOGEN H series on site hydrogen generator with acapacity of 112 scf/hr (52.8slm) is proposed to supply of hydrogen to the storagesystem. This proton exchange membrance electrolyzer is configured in a siteready enclosure and is field upgradable to 228 scf/hr (107 slm) should thesystem require expansion at same point in the future. The system requiresASTM type II deionized water for optimum performance and an appropriatelysized DI system is included in this proposal. The electrolysis system is watercooled and a slightly oversized chiller system is proposed to achieve multiplefunctionality 1) to cool the electrolyzer, 2) to assist the storage system ability toabsorb hydrogen, and 3) to remove heat from a vehicles onboard metal hydridestorage system to minimize refill time.

Page 18: Hydrogen Energy Technology 2010

3. HYDROGEN STORAGE SYSTEM:-

At the heart of this proposal is proprietary metal hydride storage with a nominalhydrogen storage capacity of 9 kg (100,000 std liters). The system consists oftwo low-pressure storage vessels, each measuring approximately 14 inches(35.6 cm) diameter x 76 inches (193 cm) long and weighing approximately 2200lbs (998kg). The multi-vessel approach provides flexibility for potential futureexpansion. Each vessel is equipped with a patent pending internal thermalexchanger and the hydrogen storage system is equipped with a heating and willaccess the electrolyzer cooling until to assist with hydrogen absorption anddesorption. The system will be designed to interface with both the electrolyzerand hydrogen dispenser/refilling by removing heat generated in the vehiclesonboard storage system as hydrogen is absorbed.

4. HYDROGEN DISPENSING/FILLING STATION:-

A custom built hydrogen dispensing system will be utilized to provide hydrogenfilling capability to vehicles equipped with onboard metal hydride storage tanks. The hydrogen dispenser unit provides an interface between the storage systemabs the vehicle to monitor and control pressure and flow the hydrogen as wellas coolant circulation for removal of heat generated during the refill process. Asthe metal hydride storage system is heated. Released hydrogen is pumpedthrough s mechanical compressor to high pressure (2600 to 6000 psig) storagebuffer from which it’s transferred to the vehicle via the dispenser unit.

HHO TECHNOLOGY

Our company has developed an alternative fuel source that will allow us to continue our wayof life without dependency on fossil fuels and damaging the environment. One of the cleanestproposed forms of alternate fuel is water. This is called HHO technology.

WHAT IS HHO FUEL?

HHO fuel is a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen, in the atomic ratio of two is to one. HHO fuelis thought to increase the Generating Sets efficiency in which it is formed by the process ofwater electrolysis. It does not mean that the Generating Sets will run purely on HHO butrather it is the hybrid of HHO and petroleum based fuel which will provide sufficient energy forrunning the Genset. HHO is known to increase the efficiency of Generating Sets by 40 to 50percent.

SEA WAVE NATURAL ELECTRICITY GENERATION DEVICE

We have developed unique device to produce electricity from Sea Wave Moving Moment Upand down the device does not need especial flow of water. Most important is we can calculatevery exactly how much electric power or how high pressure will be and you can know fromheight of the sea wave. And according to that we can produce electricity power to 1 MW orMORE.

ELECTRICITY GENERATION DEVICE

Our unique device produces electricity by the force of flowing water which can be consideredas a renewable energy. So my technology is one of the best technologies and is the cheapestroute method to generate the most needed electricity power generation and is the most usefultechnology to solve the energy crisis of the years to come
